Blogmas Day Four ~ Cult Beauty Haul

I cannot believe we are already on our fourth day of December, I am enjoying reading everyone's BLOGMAS posts so far. Its real nice to get in from work and read a whole load of contrasting posts.


So last week I ordered a few bits from Cult Beauty during the whole 'Black Friday' craze, I used the offer 'spend over £100 and get 20% off' I've been wanting the Anastasia Contour Kit for as long as I can think, and it was finally back in stock so I jumped at the chance of getting it before that god awful 'join the waitlist' sign popped up, OBVIOUSLY I couldn't justify buying only one product, and as a very impulsive buyer I wanted to take full advantage of the offer.. I ended up purchasing five things in total, so here's a sneak peek.. 

EOS Lip Balm - Strawberry Sorbet

There is literally a ridiculous amount of hype around this product. Celebrities all over are loving this balm (or are they just paid to advertise it??) & I've seen a few bloggers posting about it to, so I thought i'd give it a go.. for £5.99 it isn't the most cheapest lip balm I've used so my expectations are high.. but it does smell nice!

Anastasia Brow Wiz - Dark Brown

I've been after a brow pencil for a good while, and by a brow pencil I mean a decent one.. I've been struggling to find one that suits and fills my brows in without looking too fake or caked.. I've read a couple of blogger reviews on this and have been keen to give it a go, but £15.50 its not cheap, Anna from ViviannaDoesMakeup convinced me otherwise with her review on it (here) I was then more swayed when I read Kate @ ghostparties brow tutorial based on it.. you MUST see this 

Caudalie Beauty Elixir

I've been wanting to re-purchase this for a while now, I loved it last year and have since been using the MAC Mineralize Charge Water which don't get me wrong works very well, gives me the results I want.. a glowy, dewy, fresh face finish.. but it just isn't the same as Caudalie, and certainly does not smell the same! if you're on the edge of your seat with this one.. take the plunge, you wont be disappointed.

Jouer Matte Moisture Tint

This tinted moisturiser is a bit of an old news product, all the popular bloggers out there have probably been there done that with this product but I've always been keen to try it out so when I saw it on Cult Beauty I thought i'd give it a go.. 

(UPDATE: I've worn it today as this blogpost is a day later than scheduled and I am so impressed! It gave amazing coverage and lasted all day & by all day I'm talking a good 9 hours! hooked!)

Anastasia Beverly Hills Pro Series Contour Kit

saved the best to last! ...well I hope, this contour kit has been on the top of any wishlist I have created over the past year, I literally cannot wait to get into this.. it looks so precious, I'm gonna have to look up some posts on this and figure out the best and most strategic way of contouring.. wish me luck
