Review ~ Urban Decay NAKED Smoky Palette

one of the more newer of the well known and well loved UD palettes, comes the Smoky palette, hot on both deep 'smoky' tones (duh, in the name!) and more neutral warm tones this palette is sure suited to every eyeshadow lovers needs.
Its what I would call a day to night palette, allowing you to transform your average warm toned day look, into your 'lets go out' look in just one palette.

The case itself is pretty impressive. Like all Urban Decay palettes it really does reflect off the name, with a 'floating smoke' look, the silver detailing also emphasises on the theme of this palette, overall sturdy durable plastic case, perfect for travel and storage. An added bonus with this palette is it comes with a duo ended soft synthetic blending brush, most of the urban decay palettes come with just one sided blending brush, and in the past they haven't been my favourite but I could say I would purchase this one alone, as it really does blend well. - the box also contains a step to step guide in creating the perfect smoky vamp eye.

My favourite of this palette is its huge array of different shades, from warm and cool to shimmery and matte, it really does have a good range to create a different look on the eye. From first glance it is easily to mistake this palette as a dark evening arrangement but on close look you can spot a few lighter shades that would work well during the day. As expected with all urban decay palettes, the shadows are well pigmented, a little really does go along way and if treated well could last you a long time. You do find a little fall out with this palette but I would expect that from most good eyeshadow palettes.

This palette really does make you question where else Urban Decay can go with other palettes, I feel like they've covered it all.. It retails on Feel Unique at £38.00 which is a pretty standard price for any urban decay eyeshadow range, you really do get your moneys worth as the shadows are ultra long lasting.

Will you be taking the plunge?
